I am making my first batch of icecream (French vanilla). If it turns out well you may see it. If it does not, I will erase this post and your memories, Men in Black style.

Recipe:

3 egg yolks
250ml milk
250ml cream
100g sugar
1 vanilla pod
salt to taste

Make custard, freeze.

We shall see.
