My random weekly blather: 2010-02-21
- Read Shutter Island this morning, kind of disappointed that the 'twists' weren't nearly twisty enough. Seriously, anagrams? #
- Note to self: don't play games with timers when 'someone' insists on helping with the mouse. >.> #
- Heheh gorilla marketing. #
- This doc is painful to read. Some people sure do love them some improperly used 'inverted commas'! #
- It should be illegal for buses with broken AC to run in this weather. ILLEGAL I SEZ RANTRANT. #
- F'n blindin tanjen frickin awards entry forms, how I loathe and detest thee. I so do not wish to be 'in charge' of this stuff. RAR. #
- Went outside. That was stupid. #
- Humidity + cat = bleurgh. #
- OK, I can't think of a better way to express a concept than 'awesomesauce'. In a work doc. It's the beginning of the end. #
- Oo! OOO! The winner is Safari. I refuse to draw any conclusions from that outcome. #
- Have 4 browsers trying to log in to my webmail. I'm sure there's some kind of commentary on the intarwebs to be made here. #
- Skype from that baby: etreeeeeeeeeeeeeggggggggguugggggggggggtttgtgtgtg754egtgggggggfffffc rrrrrrrgtgtu24666666iia #
- OK, so the 10k unread emails in my webmail inbox may be the reason it's failing to load. But if it doesn't load, how do I clear it…? #
- Skype from Sam: "She climbed on the table and ate all the chocolates while I was making breakfast" #
- Yeah that didn't work out. #
- Someone's in bed 2 hours before her usual bedtime on account of failing to nap today. Let's see how that works out, shall we… #
- Saved a baby mouse. Let's hope it's smart enough to run the heck away before the cat makes it back outside. #
- Yeah she takes her time, but we're proud of her for getting there. New words: zhoo, baw, da-ey, wuay-too-see. So cute. You work it out. ;) #
- Feeling grumpy about a perceived slight, really shouldn't be, but edging into passive-aggressive response territory. Sigh-eth. #
