It’s a little bit tricky doing this year’s Christmas spiel, cause I kinda feel I’ve managed enough updates over the year to keep everyone up to speed. Having said that however, I will sneak a couple of good’uns in here somewhere. Be vigilant or they will pass by unnoticed!

Back to the festive spirits.

Byebyes Dan Fogelberg.

Now I expect most of you haven’t even heard of him, but I do have somewhat eclectic musical tastes – a fair whack of which was inherited through listening to my parents’ very varied music as a kid.

Anyway, I may or may not own one or more Dan Fogelberg CDs. If you’ve ever randomly encountered any of his work, it’s probably this song. Or not. Anyway, sad news.

More baking toys. I knew I had to get this as soon as I saw it, and I shall be breaking it in tomorrow. I know you all know what it is. Wish me luck.

Or not. This year, I have no idea what I want. I don’t -need- anything, except possibly materials to construct lasers for the cats to wear. Rather than think about it, Sam and I decided to finally get one of these ->

That’s right. We got random black and orange stuff. Or a Wii. Finally. After like a year of considering it (entirely the fault of Jonny & Julz incidentally).

I will at some point attempt to justify it as a way to get me off my ass by encouraging me to do something physical. Physical and geeky!

The guys at work play guitar stuff and snowboarding stuff and truck stuff. I just want to play with these guys again. DAAAAH!

And no, I won’t apologise for having opened it already, or for the fact we’ll be using it a week and a half ahead of the big day. I’m not about the presents, I’m about the xmas atmos.
